I step in to manage the day-to-day parts of your business that are essential, but time-consuming - from customer care to backend operations - so you don’t have to be involved in everything.

That includes managing your customer inbox, handling enquiries, refunds and complaints, updating your Shopify store, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

I also liaise directly with fulfilment centres and external partners, and can respond to customer reviews across platforms like your website or Trustpilot - presenting as a seamless extension of your team.

Alongside this, I keep track of key customer patterns such as returns and recurring issues, so nothing gets missed and your business stays organised as it grows.

How I work

I’m highly proactive and work independently, which means you don’t need to check in or manage me day-to-day.

For most of my clients, that looks like fewer Slack messages, fewer interruptions, and more time to focus on growth - knowing everything is being handled in the background.

That said, I’m flexible in how we work together. If you prefer regular updates or to stay closely involved, I’ll adapt to what works best for you.
