This didn’t start as a business.
I started out helping a friend behind the scenes while working in hospitality management - packing orders, jumping into customer emails when things got busy, just generally being an extra pair of hands when it was needed.
Over time, that “bit of help” turned into full inbox management… and that business has since grown into a 7-figure brand.
I’ve been part of that journey from the beginning.
Alongside that, I’ve worked in customer service & operations for over 13 years, including managing teams - so this isn’t something I’ve just picked up recently. It’s what I’m genuinely good at.
What started as a side thing slowly grew through word of mouth, with work for a small number of brands over a few years. When I moved cities and couldn’t find the right role, I decided to take it seriously and build it into a full-time job.

I provide ongoing support across customer care and operations - stepping in to manage the day-to-day so you don’t have to.
That includes:
managing your customer inbox and enquiries
handling refunds, complaints, and order issues
supporting your Shopify backend and admin
keeping track of trends, complaints and customer feedback
communicating with fulfilment centres or external teams
responding to reviews and maintaining your brand tone
I work as an extension of your business - not an outsider.
To your customers and any external partners, I’m part of your team.
How I work
I keep things simple.
I don’t believe in constant check-ins or overcomplicating things.
Most of the time, no news is good news - it means everything is being handled.
I’ll always keep track of what matters and update you where needed, but the goal is for you not to have to think about this side of your business anymore.
Some founders want more involvement; some want less. I’m flexible and will work around you.
What makes this different
You don’t need hand-holding, and neither do I.
I understand e-commerce, I understand customers, and I understand how quickly things can spiral if no one is properly on top of it.
I’m not here to just “reply to emails” - I’m here to:
bring structure
keep things consistent
and take pressure off you
I’m also not reactive - I’m proactive.
If something needs tracking, improving, or flagging, I’ll handle it.
The bigger picture
Most of the founders I work with have been doing everything themselves for years.
Bringing someone in can feel like a big step - it’s your business, your baby.
I get that.
But my role is to make things feel lighter, not more complicated.
